Workforce1 Partners, LLC is led by Jon Chara, a 25- year veteran of workforce and economic development. Most of his career has involved successful, real- world work in designing, funding, deploying, administering, managing and measuring innovative, economic growth and job creation systems within the sometimes constraining, often confusing, Workforce Investment Act environment.

Our Basic Strategies

Our model of blended economic and workforce development has evolved through research and, primarily, over 25 years of hands-on experience working in One Stops, WIA administration, and economic development. We know what works and what doesn’t.
